Duits & Lauret Stout

Duits & Lauret Stout is a very complex, dark and full-bodied beer. A beer to really take your time for in order to enjoy and experience its rich and complex flavour. An aroma of coffee and dark chocolate can easily be discerned. Roasted accents and a slight bitterness are typical of this beer. The stout combines wonderfully well with oysters or spicy dishes, and certainly with desserts in which chocolate or dried fruits have been used as ingredients.

Duits & Lauret Stout is a top-fermenting beer with an alcohol percentage of 6.5.

Best served slightly chilled, between 12 and 14 degrees centigrade.

 

Duits & Lauret Blond

Duits&Lauret Blond is an extremely refreshing and complex thirst-quencher. A lot of floral and citrus notes can be discerned in its aroma. Because of the large quantity of aromatic hop varieties used. All this in combination with a pleasant bitterness. Due to these distinct characteristics this beer can be enjoyed on its own but also goes well with a variety of dishes. Combining it with refreshing salads and white fish produces beautiful sensations to the palate.

Duits&Lauret Blond is available from cask (30 litre Keykeg) and 33cl bottles.

It is a top-fermenting, unfiltered and non-pasteurized beer and has secondary fermentation both in the bottle and in the cask.

Alcohol percentage: 6.5.

 

Duits & Lauret Double Bock

This robust bock beer is the beer for lengthening evenings. The roasted and smoked malt varieties used give this beer its striking aroma and colour while the fragrant hop varieties and subtle touches of wood provide the beer fullness and depth. This strong beer can be enjoyed on its own but also combines well with beautiful stews.

 

Duits & Lauret Winterstout

This heavy winter warmer combines all the beauty of the Duits & Lauret Stout with a powerful taste and a warming aftertaste. Due to its fullness and balance the beer combines well with wintery stews and distinct blue-veined cheeses. Duits & Lauret Winterstout is a top fermenting beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized with secondary fermentation on bottle and cask. Serve lightly cooled at a temperature between 12 and 14 degrees centigrade. It’s a beer with an alcohol percentage of 8.5 and is available from November until February.

 

Duits & Lauret Kiem

The new spring beer by Duits&Lauret! A beer which will make you savour spring and summer even more. With subtle freshness but also a layered complexity to it to drive away the spring cold. A copper glow and a characteristic hoppy nose are the first to strike you. This is followed by a light hint of wood and remarkable aromas of malt that brings it all into balance.

Duits&Lauret Kiem is available from cask (30 litre Keykeg) and 33cl bottles.

Alcohol percentage: 6.5

Advised pouring temperature is between 8 and 12 degrees Celcius.
